Moving on from Western Australia
As awesome as Western Australia is - there is a whole lot more to see of this country. From lush rainforest and The Great Barrier Reef in far North Queensland to Melbourne’s funky scene, the breathtaking harbour city of Sydney, ski fields in the South East and Tasmania’s stunning wilderness, you still have loads to explore.
If travelling out of the West by road or rail, you first destination will be the Northern Territory or South Australia. Should you head north up our West Coast you will (eventually) cut inland to Katherine, with it’s ancient gorge and be well on your way to Darwin.
This tropical town is your step off point for the famous Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks. Flights between Asia and Darwin are comparitavely inexpensive, due to their closeness in proximity.
If you head east from Perth, SA offers you the majestic Nullarbor journey, cultural Adelaide - the gateway to the Red Centre and Uluru.
