Britain's Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla are to visit Scandinavia.The couple will pay a trip to Norway, Sweden and Denmark from March 20 to 27, to celebrate Queen Elizabeth's 60th year on the British throne.
The tour will begin in Oslo, Norway, with a ceremonial wreath laying at the National Memorial in the city and attend a State Dinner at the Nobel Peace Centre.
While on their next stop in Sweden, the couple will be hosted by the King and Queen of Sweden, and will attend an official lunch and pay a visit to the famous Vasa warship.
The tour will end in Denmark, where they will have an official dinner and attend a service at the Anglican Church in Copenhagen.
A Clarence House Spokesman said: "These visits, to other monarchies linked by common royal descent, mark the start of their Royal Highnesses' official overseas celebrations of the queen's Diamond Jubilee.
"Their Royal Highnesses will, in each case, be guests of the sovereign head of state.
"The themes of the tour will include strong historic and diplomatic links between the United Kingdom and all three countries.
The Denmark leg of the tour coincides with jubilee celebrations in the country for Queen Margrethe, who is celebrating her 40th year on the throne.
